  • Haroun Cowans

    Haroun has held many leadership positions in real estate and finance but considers his greatest passion his work as an associate pastor at Church in the City – Beth Abraham.

    Outside of ministry, Haroun is the Founder and Managing Principal of Goshen Development. In doing so, he is responsible for Goshen Development’s operations, client relations, partnerships, business development, and strategic leadership.

    Haroun is a prominent social, financial, and philanthropic leader with over two decades of experience leading development and investment in the Five Points District of Denver, Colorado.

  • CJ Valencia

    CJ brings seven years of experience in real estate and project management with a passion for operational excellence, leadership development, and building systems that produce measurable results.

    At Goshen Development, he supports the execution of key initiatives, internal operations, and team alignment. In addition to his work in real estate, CJ has served the church through organizational development and strategic planning.

    He is driven by a desire to see both people and communities thrive. Outside of work, CJ is a devoted husband and father who values faith, family, and purposeful living.

  • Elana Walker

    Elana has spent her real estate career managing the operations of development projects, asset management portfolios, property management and brokerage deals.

    As a Denver native, Elana has a passion for connecting with different non-profits and ministries in the city with the mutual goal of meeting the needs of the communities we live and work in.

  • Reed Rowley

    Reed has 15 years of development, asset management, and underwriting experience in the multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors. Before joining Goshen, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Grand Heritage Hotel Group, where he led $120M in new developments and asset-managed a $700M real estate portfolio.

    Reed also successfully raised $46M in public financing for the highly publicized Stanley Film Center at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park and negotiated several high-level joint ventures. Reed also served as the Deputy Director of Programs and Partnerships at the Colorado Office of Economic Development and Director of the Colorado Economic Recovery Office for Governors Hickenlooper and Ritter.  As Director of the Recovery Act Office, Reed managed the allocation of $916M in federal programs to help businesses recover from the 2008 financial crisis. Reed received his Master’s in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

    During his student tenure, he received numerous accolades, including winning the 2024 NAIOP Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge.
